A Higher Standard of Pain Care- Built Around Your Diagnosis

Most patients who arrive at Motionis Medicine have already done the right things — physical therapy, chiropractic, rest. They're still in pain.

That's not a failure. That's a signal the problem needs a different level of thinking.

Dr. Palvia's approach is built on three principles applied to every patient, every time:

1

Comprehensive Evaluation

Every case begins with a thorough diagnostic assessment — not a rushed intake. Dr. Palvia focuses on identifying the true pain generator and its contributing factors before any treatment is recommended.

2

Targeted Intervention

When procedures are appropriate, Dr. Palvia performs them with image-guided precision — fluoroscopy or ultrasound — ensuring accuracy and safety. Orthobiologic options are considered when the clinical picture supports it.

3

Rehab Before & After

Procedures alone don't create durable outcomes. Dr. Palvia coordinates with physical therapists and movement professionals to sequence care before and after intervention — for results that last.

Spine, Joints, and Everything In Between

If it's been hurting and it's not healing — there's a reason. Dr. Palvia evaluates and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal, nerve-related, and chronic pain conditions

advanced procedures

Targeted Treatments. Image-Guided Precision. No Guesswork.

Every treatment plan is built around your diagnosis — not a protocol pulled off a shelf. Dr. Palvia performs all procedures himself, with advanced imaging guidance for accuracy and safety. When regenerative options may help, he evaluates each case individually and explains exactly what the evidence supports.

You'll always know what's being done, why it's being done, and what success looks like.

"I have been doing Physical Therapy at Physio Logic for several months for a knee injury and would highly recommend. Their facilities are beautifully kept, the front desk personal friendly and extremely competent. Working with Dr. Eva Shi has been a pleasure. She is highly qualified, easy to speak with, and is sensitive to all the issues that arose throughout my therapy."

"I've been going to physio logic for years for help with management of a chronic condition and I cannot say enough good things about them. They have truly become a second family in the way the staff treats and cares for me. The only reason I can do the amount of physical activity I'm currently doing is because of them."
